how to get here

From Page, continue North on the 89 passing the turn off for Antelope Canyon and there should be an obvious sign for Horseshoe Bend. It’s one of the more popular destinations in the area.

the trail

There’s a fair size parking lot for the trail to the overlook. If you don’t find parking, just wait for a few seconds and someone will sure be leaving. From the parking lot, you will take a casual walk on a 3/4 mile trail to the overlook. It will be crowded but the view is amazing and so worth it.

It looks just like all the pictures that you’ve seen before of the place; truly magnificent.

Make sure to prepare yourself for the sun; there’s no shade.
